You have very little knowledge of what happened brunus. All new/returning players were lumped in a group together whether they had any affiliation with each other or not. Xavier showed no distinction between guilds but instead by join date because from what he said in his posts a free shard with no rules(i still dont know what one) closed it doors. He decided to nip it in the butt before it became and issue, the ends justify the means even if some were truly innocent

Yeah. I was wrong about it closing its doors; they left because of admins there, they said eventually. Something about them PVPing with 1 hit kill bows like my SW's bow. It really wasnt as simple as you make it sound, either. The guild affiliations did make a difference, because I realized fairly early on that they were all in a few new guilds. So, the ones that joined around the middle of Jan, in those guilds, and involved in that activity, are all banned. Come on man. Two months here and already 2 or 3 bannable jailings? That describes over half of them, and tbh I dont feel for them. Some had as many as 4, you know, 2 of each so they never hit the 3 and got banned? I call that screwing with our rules and deserving of a foot in the posterior anyway.

But if some of you old guys happened to return with them or coincidentally at the same time, I might have mixed a few of you up. But, in the end, you did say at least some of it was involving your people, too. I tried to avoid any old demise players, even if they were in those guilds. The old ones were the ones with the cleanest acct histories. Imagine that.

Yet none of the guys I invited back, all of which were previously banned before and joined a day or two after the amnesty, are banned now. Coincidence? Was all this just a witch hunt? I doubt.

Instead of accusing staff of being corrupt and witch hunting you could have politely tried to work it out.

Something I dont get about this tho. Why is everyone saying I banned E. ? Didnt happen. Hell, I havent seen that guild in ages. I banned members of three new guilds mainly: FTP, former SSF members, and [*-]


BTW, you guys can start sending me PMs anytime about your acct status. As long as you're not charlie manson, Ill look at it and probably remove the ban. Give me a couple days after sending the PM tho. Im already up to my eyeballs with BS. But seriously, NO more unattended gathering or illegal software.
