If you would like a Ventrilo channel created for your guild, go to the forums at http://www.runuo.com/community/ and register/log in. Send a private message to one of the following Ventrilo administrators:

Adam
The message must contain the following information. This is all CASE-SENSITIVE and spelling must be EXACT, especially for your nickname and the passwords.
1. Your Guild Name.
2. Your Guild Abbreviation.
3. The join password. All guild members will need this to join your channel.
4. Your Ventrilo user name.
5. Your administrator password. This will be used only by you to operate your channel (e.g. kicking or muting users).
Example PM:
"Hello, I would like a Vent channel for my guild:
Guild name: My Guild Name
Guild abbreviation: MGN
Join password: goldfish
My nickname: BoB
My admin password: fkfk567
Thank you."
When the administrator has finished setting up your channel, he will reply to your PM to let you know it is finished.
At this point, open Ventrilo but do not connect to the server. Click the arrow ( -> ) next to the "Server" field. Update the "Password" field with your administrator password. Press OK to return to the main screen.
Now connect to the server. You should see your channel in the list, represented as "Guild Name (abbreviation)." You may automatically join your channel when you connect. If not, double click to join it. Once in, you will be able to right click the channel name and access the "channel admin" menu to use your channel admin options.
Please do not page in game or on IRC for a channel. Forum private messages are the only accepted method for channel requests.
At this time, only guild channel requests are being accepted.
