Yes. Because the thief is blue, the thief is considered an innocent. You will not be flagged as a Criminal.
Can reds go into town?
Yes, reds will not be guard whacked for going into town. But, just like anyone else, they will be punished for committing crimes in town. As of 5-13-2007 reds can no longer use banks or vendors in guarded cities.
Do PKs have statloss?
