Are there minimum requirements for joining a faction?
You need a total of 300 skill points to be able to join any faction.- Can I leave a faction in less than the required days?
Usually this is impossible with one exception. If you join a guild that has quit a faction within the past 3 days you will be removed from the faction at the time when all guild members are.

No, you will have to wait the 3 days like everyone else.

No, once a weapon isn't blessed anymore it turns back to it's original color and cannot be re-blessed.
