Hybrid Trade Forum Rules

Please review the following trade forum rules. If you break a rule, you will receive a warning or an infraction.

First Offense - Warning

Second Offense - 2 week trade forum ban

Third Offense - 3 week trade forum ban

Fourth Offense - 4 week trade forum ban

Fifth Offense - Permanent trade forum ban

1.) Do not bump your threads. A bump is any post created by the thread starter to "bump" their thread to the top. If you wish to add an announcement, use the edit feature and edit your original post.
2.) No arguing. Bid, post a serious question about whatever is being sold, or don't reply.
3.) Posting a bid doesn't give you the right to add in a flame/unneccesary comment. This is a good way to receive a trade forum infraction. Example:

I bid 200k, even though you stole it from me in the first place..
4.) If someone posts a starting bid, do not bid below that. If someone posts a price they are willing to pay, don't post above that. Also, don't post, "Aim me", post your bid.
5.) If you create a thread to sell an item, you may not add

I reserve the right not to sell if I feel the price is not right.

If you are making the thread to test the market, you should utilize the price check forum. Although we will not check to make sure the sale has gone through, if we see the above in the thread you will receive an infraction.
6.) Absolutely no flaming period. If your bid is refused, or you just plain don't like the auction or the seller, take it to the correct forum.
7.) If someone bids with the buyout of that item, don't bid afterwards. That item is sold.
8.) No anonymous bids. If you receive a bid over aim, tell that person to post their bid. There is no reason to make anonymous bids.
9.) We do not allow trading of items to any shard. This also means we do not allow trading for anything outside of the game.
10.) Don't make multiple threads for the same items. If you are having a hard time selling your items, you may make a second thread 1 week (7 real life days) from the last post in your original thread.
11.) You may only sell items that you own.
12.) Bidding incriments must be respected. If you make a mistake, you will receive a friendly warning via PM and a usernote will be attached to your account. If you continue to disrespect set bidding rules you will receive an infraction

Scamming: It's every buyer/sellers responsibility to be updated on the known scams and falsehoods. If you get scammed by a seller or buyer don't post about it in the trade forums.
