Do confiscated houses ever fall?

I see a whole bunch of them here nowdays for cheating, selling gold, or othere infractions.
And they are ageless..
Will they ever fall or be deleted for others to place?

i think they should be auctioned off. and gold be put into a sink to help out the server.

Mark will delete them when he gets bored. We keep him over worked and under paid so they could stay that way for a few months or until he gets annoyed with pages about them.
