I like that raffle idea, you could give away like 2 confiscated castles for the prize.

That's how I got my first keep on the edge of brit swamp that I later turned 18x18 because my wife said it was "ugly". This was all before the housing change. When I found mine I was just running away from the bucs tele looking for someone to pk and found this big open grassy area and thought "I wonder why there is no house here".

Then thirty minutes after I placed the keep a staff member appeared in front of me in Trinsic and said Good job and left. Wierd...

Yes they generally are dropped or used at some stage.
