Should I download the new OSI patch or not?

Is there any reason I should get it?

Will it break anything if I do?

Bit confused on the proper patching procedures here

There are some areas on Hybrid where a patched client is needed in order to move around/see objects. I'm patched fully and have not encountered any problems, so patch away!

Patching fully will make RPVs crash your client, and changing options resize your screen.

6.0.6.1 is the last patch compatible with RPVs. I think 6.0.6.2 is what the server uses. That, or the full patch.
