Approved Seller Account Selling and the House Rule

I'm on the approved seller list, but Im scared to sell any accounts or amke any characters on anyones account, Im full on houses and I have not been able to get an answer on how this works with the house rule...

If i create a fresh account, make a character on it, sell it and then that person buys a house on it, its going to show up that i have it?? right? im so confused. I am pretty attached to my houses, i am scared they will be deleted.

and if i take over someones account to add a character to it and they lie and say they have no house on it but they do...then im breaking the house rule and my houses might get deleted...

I would very much appreciate a deffinate answer on this, I have paged, pmed the people who would know this for sure...I dont blame them, I know they are busy, but I would appreciate an answer.

Houses are based on accounts, so one house per account. You will not lose your existing houses if you are building a char on another account to sell. This is all based on that your an approved seller.

I would think that in the cases where a house was later stood up on that account (that you created) or one that was logged into by you, that it would break the house rules. I think I read that happening to someone before on here, that they logged into there friends account for something and came back and one of there houses had fallen.

A solid answer from a higher up would give you more comfort I'm sure. I'll see what I can find to try and help you with this.

Thank you so much for responding..I do think that because i am on the approved seller list my houses wouldnt get deleted for this type of thing, but I would be very upset if I tried it and one of my houses or got deleted. I know that others sell accounts and there must be an answer but nobody seems to have an answer other than "you will probably be fine" hmm...So Im just trying to find a solid. No, your houses wont et deleted due to being on the sellers list or something.

I would think since your on the approved sellers list that they would mark your IP with special privileges. That way you would be able to get around the restrictions. It makes sense, but if they did not, and they just run IP checks against houses, it could end up flagging your IP that way and causing it to drop a random house which wouldn't be something good on either parties end.

That's why I don't sell accounts anymore.
I knew someone who was a staff member who designed houses for her friends like Tessa did and it flagged that she had tons of houses and was the worst house offender on the shard. her houses and alot of her friends dropped even though she was a staff member. Then again Mark was pissed at her from what she said.

ugh. I was so looking forward to making characters for other players. *sigh*
I will keep trying to get an answer...hopefully its just something that has not been dealt with and wont be this way for always. Thanks so much guys. I appreciate it.
