does eval int effect poison spell damage?

I am working on a farming template that envolves using the poison spell cast from a gm mage with gm poison. Due to skill point limits, I would like to leave out eval int. I know it sounds crazy but I am planning on not needing to cast many damage spells, and just let my poison spell and blade spirts spell do the work.

Doesn't anyone know if having no eval int effect the damage per tick of the poison spell, cast from a gm poisoner/gm mage?

Poisoning affects poison spell damage, as far as I know, not eval.

To the best of my knowledge, Evalint won't affect the damage done by poison. However, I'm unsure how it factors into resistance.

What are you planning to hunt? Many magical creatures will dispel your blade spirits and cure themselves, while strong ones will simply beat them to death and may be immune to poison.

If you're relying on blade spirits, why also have GM poison? They will do that for you...

because the blade spirits take 6 seconds to cast while poison just takes 1.5. Simple.

Poison is useless for PvM, unless you're farming shitty mobs, which give worthless loot.

u also need to be like 3 tiles away to cast dp. anything less means less poison, but gp can hurt too.

I think GP is best for interrupting magery casting mobs, because of the fast hits. If you're within 3 tiles of your target, there's a 10% chance of inflicting Deadly Poison. The level of poison is best at GM Magery and GM Poisoning.

As far as I can tell, Eval Int doesn't affect the level of poison or the strength of your blade spirits.

Thanks for all the answers here guys. Figured I might share my rather strange template with you all, along with the results once I skill ball it and have some time to play around and see how it works.

First off, I have a peace/tamer already so I know that farming gold with a dragon and mare is so easy, just want to try other things, and see what I can do without my pets.

I wanted all 4 of the bard skills. Discordance is just a test to see if it helps with provoke, which I have read it does. Would also like to see what a firehorn will do with max bard skills.

Other three skills are

Magerey
Poison
Resist

My plan is to use peace and then poison or blade spirts to finish off left over mobs or onces I can peace but fail to prevoke. I know that I will most likely need meditation but since is is easy to train, and resist and discordance won't be, at least at 700 spoints. I figure I can deside which of those two skills to dump for meditation if I need it.

poisoning still works the same weither you have gm eval or not. I have a tamer (dont really ever play it anymore) with no eval and i use poison all the time on reds who try to gank me when farming. I also use other spells a lot that dont require eval like para, earthquake and most importantly wall of stone for trapping enemies in with ur mares.

I also beleive gm poisoning causes your bladespirts poison to be stronger.
