First of all.. Jessup is where the state of Maryland sends most of its prisoners so im not sure what this anarchist guy is talking about, regardless of where the crime was comitted. And is without a shadow of a doubt one of our states most violent prison, def. the most populated.
Second of all.. I don't even believe for a second you have ever been there. I have lived in Baltimore City for the first 13 years of my life. There are so many streets in areas of Baltimore you can't even go down if your white.
