Update - 5/17/2008

After server wars tonight the following changes will be active:

• Faction items cannot be used in duels or tournaments.
• Faction item and arch protection effects will be nullified before duels or tournaments.
• No matter what the ruleset, recall cannot be used in duels or tournaments.
• Murderers using spells with an area of effect will hit all targets in the area (this includes blade spirits, fields, explosion potions, earthquake, meteor swarm, etc) regardless of guild or party affiliation. Players with less than 5 kills are not affected by this change; their guild mates and party members will not be affected by their area of effect spells.
• Explosion potions will not do damage to innocent or non-combative players inside guarded areas no matter who threw the potion.
• Justice virtue protection offers can no longer be spammed. A player can only have one pending offer at a time.
