Publish 76 - 6/26/2007

We will be applying Publish 76 to the server this morning at approximately 16:00 EDT (GMT -4).

• Hero/Evil System has been removed from factions
• Stamina loss while moving on foot has been reduced by 25%
• All action players will be able to track enemies with the tracking skill:
  • Tracking range will be based on the trackers faction rank
  • Tracking range will be based on the ownership of towns
  • The delay on the tracking skill will be 1 second
  • Non Faction players will see no difference in the skill
• Pets will no longer continue to attack someone once the combat timer has expired
• Faction Sigil corruption timer has been lessened to 12 hours.
• Sweeping code optimizations to boost performance of the server
• Area of effect spells reverted to previous behavior.
• We have implemented the interfaces for a web based account management system that will be pushed out in a future publish after extensive testing in the production environment.

We will be looking for beta testers to assist us with the web based account management system as well as PlayUO in the future. Please keep your eyes peeled to the main site for an update on how to apply. Please do not ask staff members how to become a beta tester.

As we do with any publish we will be watching this publish very closely to ensure there are no adverse effects. In the event you find any issues with this publish please feel free to page in game and let us know.

i personally like everything except not being able to hue somthing evil/hero. faction corruption of sigs is cool at 12, but didnt think there was anything wrong with it at 14. it made people pull together and actually be loyal to their faction.
