bulletin boards

I was wondering why dont we have them They are a handy thing to have when opening a shop or leaving messages for your guild Rather then dropping a book on the ground and have your messages edited by some random person. I myself think we should have them but give me your feedback

There was one of these in Imbus... I wouldn't see how it would be hard to implement. They were useful too. Yeey.

I love this idea... in fact I posted something similar almost a month ago but they rejected it for some reason... never showed up. I'm glad that the idea was posted anyway!

I found that bulletin boards on OSI never worked....
