When will there be an UOGamers:Hybrid marathon?

Actually most of those problems could be solved by simply using a different facet and restricting combat.

Restrict spell casting all together.

Now due to the fact that the map is large and it would take awhile to run everywhere I would just make you start in Britain and have you go to all the different towns and click a marker there to show you checked in. Give them a certain order to complete but let them get there however they want minus magic. So keep the moongates and in game tele's but you could make them go to every town or something like that. But a boat in their pack so they can sail to Nu'jelm and such. If its a straight run, no in game tele's or anything, then fastest connection wins. This way winning would be determined by who knows the maps best.

Just my two cents... sounds like it would be a ton of fun.

well, if its in the woods, then people can take short cuts, thats why it woudl be better to make a long trakc in green acres.and make little stops every once in a whiel to refill you 10 full refresh pots, liek in a real marathon. btw, an excellent prize for this woudl be sandals that say "I'm faster than Pheidippides!"
