The H1N1 virus strand is actually very easy to evade. You don't need shots, you just need to use soap and water and wash your hands and practice other good-hygiene habits. They don't tell you that stuff in the media though.
Reminds me of earlier this year (or whenever) when Obama had to tell us to wash our hands with warm water and soap during the state of the union press. lol.
Does Jesus really need to come back to teach us how to wash our hands like his first come-around?

I have no problem with washing hands and what not.
The reason I got it, is if something happen because I got the shot, I can blame health authorities.
If something happen because I was too stubborn to get a meager shot, I will only have myself to blame.

Sometimes soap is not what helps the most... When people cough, they could just cough in your neck and you won't know. I remember waiting the city bus and there was a guy coughing like one thousand time a second, he wasn't even putting anything in front of his mouth. Be aware of all mr.-i-cough-without-covering-mouth.

Re: H1N1 Shot
Its a conspiracy....
Swine Flu & The Healthcare Reform came at the same time, (now this isn't the first time the government has released a disease into the public whether intentional or accidentally.) Anyways, once the government has control of healthcare they control a vast portion of our money, first they raise taxes to pay for the healthcare and give them profit, next when you get sick or hurt, etc you go to the hospital now normally your personal healthcare company would pay for a portion of the hospital expense then you would pay the rest to the hospital and some to your healthcare company, well then the government would tax both the hospital and the healthcare company getting a small portion. But with this healthcare reform they will skip the middle man getting the money directly from you and the hospital. Well its pretty obviously how swine flu ties in, a disease that affects mainly the weak (children, elderly, etc) and it new so no one is immune, thus anyone that has to go to the hospital for swine flu is probably in quite a serious condition or will be making the cost very high. So even more money to the hospitals and healthcare, most of which will in up in the governments hands.
I'm not usually the type to make up conspiracy's and shit but in this case it all just makes sense and I really just don't trust the government.

Re: H1N1 Shot
The vaccine will only make the flu virus stronger (which is new anyways). So no one has immunity to it at all. We are all susceptible to getting it easily as it is. Why do we want to strengthen it while its still fresh?
I say wait till the death counts rise b4 we even do this shit. Otherwise we are going to have higher death counts later down the road and looking for another solution as well..

I know the choice that you made was what you thought was in the best interest of your child, and who can hate on that. That's why I made my choice too. We just ended up with different results, that's all.
We've all got our own reasons.
I can respect it.

Re: H1N1 Shot
so much retarded in this thread.
I don't take flu shots, I have had the flu in the past, and it's a one-time deal for me. get sick, bam, done for 12 months (if I get it at all that year).
thing with h1n1 is that it could potentially double the total deaths due to flu in a year. not wipe out the human race, just help out at killing off elderly, sick, and infantile. bad, but eh.
