personally, i find arms lore doesn't work very well for STR
it gmed w/ str at 54, and 0 gains for 10 min....
HERDING works wonders though.

Everything is different for everyone.

You might not get a gain off of anything including herding or arms lore.

This is just a guide to get them up fast, by listing all the ways you can gain.

rite now my stats are 100 str , 50 dex, 75 int and i was wanting to change those around to something like 90/45/90 but nothing seems to be working.. im trying eval on an npc and random peeps and have eval set to gain, even though its gm, and also have str set to go down and int set to go up.. any suggestions?

If you want to get 100 str real fast, dont do Arms lore... if you dont mind not macroing then lumber jack... it takes a matter of minutes to get to GM and you get a few boards as well... I never tried herding... that might work well too
