Im sure the cost is 2 and 4 instead of 4 and 6 at Delucia.. And you have to either Know someone from the faction and ask them or be lucky and stumble upon them in a town

sorry I have a really noob question. Where do I get kegs? I keep hearing about them and try to find them but i'm having trouble.

You need a tinker with at least 75 skill to make them.

Search the forums for "potion keg" to find more.
