New Guild: Thought?
This is an rp guild I've been working on. Was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on improving the guild.
The Brotherhood
Frustrated by the lack of protection outside city walls, a brotherhood was formed to protect the inhabitants of Sosaria. Although no official name has ever been given to the fraternity it has come to be know simply as The Brotherhood. Comprised of skilled warriors from throughout Sosaria The Brotherhood stands against mighty foes to safeguard those who can not protect themselves.
The strongest and most faithful to The Brotherhood are known as the Elite. Together the Elite serve as a council to lead the guild.
Ranks:
Rank 1 - Militia:
Serving as protectors of their home towns, the Militia accepts anyone willing to defend the honor of their cities.
(this rank will be given titles such as Britain Militia, Vesper Militia, etc. based upon what town the member calls home)
Rank 2:
Those who prove themselves to the guild will be given a special title based upon what profession they have chosen.
Ranger: Those versed in the arts of subterfuge will be given the title of Ranger. Rangers are charged with the protection of the wilderness areas, and must be familiar with the areas in which they patrol.
Foot Soldier: Those that choose a more toe-to-toe approach to combat will be given the title of Foot Soldier. As a first line of defense Foot Soldiers must be battle hardened and ready for battle at a moment's notice.
Seer: In service to The Brotherhood, many Seers are employed. Providing insight through mystical arts, Seers are highly valued for the power they can bring to a battlefield.
Beast Master: Controlling the most poewrful creatures in Sosaria, the Beast Master is a foe to be reckoned with. Beast Masters use their petst o help slay the foes of the Brotherhood.
Bard: With an inclination for the musical arts, Bards are the entertainers for the guild. Their powerful musical abilities are also used to hunt down the enemies of The Brotherhood.
Crafts(wo)man: Without the service of these men and women The Brotherhood would not exist. Supplying our army with weapons and armor the Craftsman is perhaps the most important position within the guild.
Rank 3:
Those who have proved themselves to the Brotherhood will be promoted to the Elite rank, and will serve to help lead the guild.
(elite will be added to the title they already have Elite Ranger, Elite Foot Soldier, etc.)
*Special titles will be given to those proven worthy, and with good reason.*
Rules:
This is a roleplaying guild. All RP rules must be observed or disciplinary action will be taken.
All characters must be *in character* at all times. You can use parties, guild chat, AIM, or other means of communication if you wish to speak OOC.
Ethereal mounts are permitted, but you are not to be mounted while in combat unless your opponent is. Sitting all day on your mount is frowned upon by our Beast Masters however, and often their respect for animals will override their love for The Brotherhood.
Looting
Only a few items are permitted to be looted from the corpses of fallen opponents, and this is only in times of war. Items that are permissable are potions, reagents, and ammunition. All other items must be left on the corpse.
When you want to attack an enemy there are certain rules which must be followed. There is no KoS (Kill on Sight), except under special circumstances. If you do wish to battle you must first roleplay your intentions. If the enemy does not respond or runs away they they are NOT to be killed.
There are no PKs allowed in the guild except those approved by the guildmaster. Those that wish to PK will only be allowed to kill enemies of the inhabitants of Sosaria, such as thieves, griefers, etc.
Guild Colors
Brown, Dark Green, and Shadow hues.
(I may end up having each rank in certain colors to help distinguish during battle)

That's all I have so far. I'm very welcome to new ideas (or recruits). I already have the stone up, just trying to get a good start to the guild.
