A Pub in Ultima Online

I am in the proccess of building an Irish Pub called "O'Caseys Irish Pub" with my character "the IRA 1916" . When it is finished all are welcome. There will be all the Beer, Ale, Wine, etc.. you can drink. I will also be hosting Dart Tourneys and Dice gambling, both will have great prizes and huge pots you can win. Overall it would just be a great place to kick back and drink. Would anyone be interested?

yeah sounds good, it'll have to be pretty big however, also you'll have to get runes out there.
