Buy a damn USB mouse and keyboard, then it'll be EXACTLY like playing on a desktop.

Thread over.

As long as you don't use the track pad, you'll be just fine.

well, my college setup is:
Logitech mx518 usb mouse
Logitech G15 Keyboard
Acer 22' widescreen LCD

-all of which hooked up to my laptop

works just as well as a desktop, except it takes less space on my tiny POS desk

once u get use to the Small F1-F12 keys youll pvp just fine WITH EXTERNAL MOUSE i use it just fine

i use nothing but a labtop and i love it the keys are flat and easy as shit to hit combos without fucking up. it seems a numpad isnt common on labtops but i have a full numpad on mine and its not small at all i guess because i had the biggest screen they made about a year ago. i also use an external mouse. the only thing that sucks about labtops it the video cards that come with most suck unless you upgrade.
