Blessed Faction Weapons

I have recently joined a faction and have seen people using blessed weapons. I have asked people online but I have yet to have an answer. The question being how do I go about getting one of these weapons.

Be in a faction that owns towns, then have a smith in said faction make a weapon in said town.

You need gold and silver.

Neither of those are faction weapons. So yeah, I guess the only way those are created is if a GM creates and blesses them.
