Clearly the primary offender is 72.184.66.129 (Syrupz). Aside from 71.238.171.246 there really isn't anyone else. It has nothing to do with being lenient; unless there is a complaint I generally have much more important things to deal with.

what about most of the other people, are you giving them second chances because they logged on only once?

I agree that the rules should be the same for everyone, gm or not. If the gm's were the only people to benefit from their "abilities" then maybe... but a lot of times they are helping out their friends who are regular players...
