Silver Checks -

Very similar to Gold Checks, make it possible for silver to be placed into check form. This would give factioners the ablility to transfer silver funds from one to the other with ease. In order to make faction weps on their smiths, and faction clothes on their tailors.
The checks would be exactly like bank checks..
mininum check 5000 silver
maximum check 1mil silver
the command to place a silver check could be as simple as
"Silvercheck XXXX"
