I have started a new RP guild called The Bloody Masquerade. It is an Evil/Chaotic Vampire Guild. To visit the website go to this link: TheBloodyMasquerade.blogspot.com. You really should check it out. If you are looking for good fun roleplaying then let me know if you would like to join. If you have question leave a post or AIM me at username- TheMasqueradeV, or e-mail me at TheBloodyMasquerade@hotmail.com. Recruiting has begun.

Good Evening

Welcome to The Bloody Masquerade Vampire Guild Forums. This is a Role Playing guild. If you do not think you can follow the rules then do not bother attempting to join. Here you will find all you need to know to join the guild, survive your initiation, learn the rules, find your place in the guild and rise up the hierarchy ladder. Read it all before you make your decision. If your decision happens to be yes, then please contact me on my AIM username- HarlequinJynxIRA, or just leave a post here on forums. Thank you and Good Evening.

RULES OF CONDUCT

This is the most important area of this site, read it carefully and learn to obey these rules. If they are all followed you will find a Role-Playing Guild can be an incredible experience.

Let me start off by saying that we are an Evil/Chaotic guild, but we do have a sense of Honor. Listed below are all the guidelines and requirements for being in the Bloody Masquerade.

ALL Vampires must have long hair, (Color does not matter as long as it is not NEON) and be cleanly shaved. Only PureBloods and the SourceBlood are allowed a Goatee (Which must be dyed Blood Red)

You must have a decent name, I do not want to see the name "I R Awezome" or "TokerDaddy" or any other idiotic name out there.

All Vampires must wear Tribal Kin Paint AT ALL TIMES when possible. Vampires are always pale.

All Vampires are REQUIRED to remain in character at all times. If you must say something out of character then you say it in emotes, *like this.*

No discussing OUT-OF-GAME events/items/people is allowed. (this means discussing how wasted you got at the party last night/politics/relationships and the such.)

No use of abbreviations (such as, lol, wtf, omg, rofl.. and so on) are allowed IN-GAME, EVER.

Vampires are not allowed to use contractions, (can't, won't, you're, arn't and so on) You will say (can not, will not, you are, are not) We want to portray eloquence and intelegence when we speak. You do not have to go overboard, just be comfortable.

When addressing a Vampire of higher rank you refer to them by their Title only and address them with a preceded "Good Evening." Here is a list of proper greetings and goodbyes to the higher rank.
SourceBlood- "Good Evening SourceBlood," is the proper greeting and the proper goodbye.
PureBlood- "Good Evening PureBlood," is the proper greeting/goodbye.
BlackBlood- "Good Evening BlackBlood," is the proper greeting/goodbye.
NewBlood- "Good Evening NewBlood," is the proper greeting/goodbye.
Any rank below NewBlood is addressed to as "Slave."

Being a Evil/Chaotic Guild, all Vampires are required to be RED. You may join as a blue but you must become RED within a week or you will be banned.
Blues are to be referred to as Innocents, and Reds as Murderers.

When attacking another player, you will say nothing. We do not engage our food in conversation.

After a kill, you may only loot what you think you need. NO DRY-LOOTING OR GRIEFING IS ALLOWED. If I hear of this you will be banned. Also it is REQUIRED that you take the head from the person you killed and placed in a specific chest in The Manor as a token of loyalty to the SourceBlood.

You must abide by the rules for your particular Class. These will be listed in the Vampire Class section.

The only rides Vampires may ride are Eathy Horses. If you are not old enough to ride one then buy one from the donation store. If you can not do that then you must ride a regular horse until you are old enough or you can buy one in-game.

VAMPIRE RANK SYSTEM

There are a total of five different ranks in The Bloody Masquerade Guild. As you advance you will given new titles and responsibilities according to your rank. Every vampire starts off low in rank, no matter how powerful your character is. Although most promotions are given out after you've been in the Guild for a certain period of time, you may very well be promoted for notorious actions, such as, saving the SourceBlood himself from a near death experience, slaying a well-known murderer single handed (a head would be needed for proof), or even buying your way up! Vampires are very ambitious so if you are impatient and want a high rank quickly, buy your way up. Prices will be figured out when/if this situation arises.

SourceBlood- This is the highest rank in the Guild, only the Guildmaster himself has this title, and as the SourceBlood he has the ability to ban, dismiss, demote, promote, execute commands, or decide punishment for offences at any time. His word is the final authority. He also initiates the Ceremony for the passage from mortality to immortality. He is God.

PureBlood- Those who have been active and loyal players in the guild for six months or more will be endowed with the PureBlood title. This rank demands great respect for they are second only to the SourceBlood. They are the Bodyguards of the SourceBlood and they also plan events, coordinate attacks, perform executions and command the captains of the army.

BlackBlood- Those who have been active and loyal players in the Guild for at least three months may become BlackBloods. One under PureBloods, they command the core troops. There is only one Blackblood per Class of Vampire, making five Blackbloods in existence at one time. There title may be taken from them by a challenger of appropriate age. This fight must be accepted or the title will automatically be taken away, (unless you get permission from the SourceBlood) The fight will take place only under the SourceBloods supervision.

NewBlood- Newbloods are freshly turned Vampires and form the base core of the army. They answer to all BlackBloods no matter the class, (and of course PureBloods and the SourceBlood) You may be sent on random missions to test your loyalty, or errands to fetch supplies. You will be supplied with all the equipment you will need from the manor. You are also required to tithe 1k a week for as long as you are a NewBlood.

Slave- Slaves are still humans working for the SourceBlood in the hopes that he will one day grant them immortality. They will get no respect whatsoever until turned. They may be sent on suicide missions to prove their loyalty and treated very poorly until turned. Slaves with high skill and intuition will be turned into NewBloods in about a week. (much quicker that those who lack) The Slave is turned into a Newblood in a special Ceremony performed by the SourceBlood in which you will be killed on a Pentagram and then resurrected as a NewBlood Vampire. If you do not work hard to earn trust then you may be a slave for a very long time. (At least four weeks)
