back on oceaniax we had a vendor that if you gave them 500k they would "change history" and you would loose your counts. it worked sometimes like you could pay them and you had a chance of not loosing counts just your 500k. they may have gotten rid off all counts or only a few i cant remember, something like this could be applicable. would also be a gold sink but i dont see why anyone would really want to do this
