B/O - Highest bidder when interest declines and nobody bids after a few days. I will honor the highest bid, even if it doesn't go as high as I hoped. I just don't know the current market for houses. :/

I've decided to sell my Yew village that I've had for a while. It consists of a large classic tower, a 9x14 (3 story), a 12x10 (3 story) and an 18x18. All homes are located NE of the Yew moongate. They are all on the same screen, have nothing blocking them on any side, and can all be refreshed within the 18x18 plot. These homes will be sold empty and as a plot only. If there is little (or no) interest in the entire village, I will make another thread in a few weeks and sell them all individually.
