IF WE BUILD IT THEY WILL COME.
Meaning, players, not staff, should come together & create 1 location where a vendor mini mall can be created. Gates & word of mouth will take care of 90% of things discussed here. Pricing, like irl, will figure itself out based on demand.
I'm bias but Yew gate has been a vendor hub in the past - move or start your vendor there.
