Who owns the 18x18 next to my Black Mage house in Snakes Pass?

My house looks like this:



Its a 3 story now, but that Black Mage is still on the roof.

I am looking for the house next to mine, directly east. If you own it, or know who owns it, let me know. Paying for the information, provided it is legit and can be proven.

good luck so many people have tried to get that house. he used to have info on it.
