[BoM] guild members are banned from the server.what is the reason?our accounts past their 850 days without an accident till today but now,we can`t log in.

i have 3 account.
1. acc: hard (Warrior) banned.
2. acc:epica (Tamer) banned.
3. acc: selin.(Bs)
why 2 account banned?​
