What does it take to get Admin assistance with a RP guild?
And What does it take to get an Admin to change a small building sign in town and deleting some beds from it?

For rp assistance, you need the Seer team. Check the RP forum

As for the building items. Some items may be changed but most town furniture such as beds, paintings, etc are static and cannot be simply removed.
