What is a good General Roleplaying Site?

I'm looking for a site that is NOT centered on a central storyline/period/anything else. I don't want character development, etc. What I want is a board or site that allows me to RP in one off story lines, and to jump in with whatever character I decide fits my fancy. Thanks!
