Can you make wands or fireworks wands of anytype?

Wands come from dungeon chests here. Fireworks wands are handed out as gifts on holidays and connot be crafted. I believe that you can also aquire them from new player prize tickets. Hope that helps.

yep all of the spell wands like lighting and greater heal, all come from picking dungeon chests, i believe they also have mods on them.
