User Data folder

Hi, I'm writing this in order to help my friend with an account problem he has, he cannot find or remember his new account, and I told him to look into his User Data folder but it didn't show up any reasons why it wouldn't ?

sometimes gets saved somewhere else like downloads, or documents try that

One of the UO patches changed the directory to documents -> ea games or something like that.

ah yeah sorry i wasnt specific he did find the folder, but when he made the account it didnt actually make the folder showing that account with all characters in them which is weird

It could be in one of these places, depending on your client version:

• Documents\EA Games\Ultima Online Legacy
• <UO Directory>\
• %LOCALAPPDATA%\VirtualStore\<UO Directory>\
