Update May 2, 2015 - ML arty / dragon armor fixes

The following changes have been made during server wars:

• Corrected Monstrous Interred Grizzle's ooze damage delay and effect. The damage type is now also fire instead of poison. (This change was actually already applied last week, but was not posted yet.)
• ML artifact corrections:
  • Added Mage Slayer property to Flesh Ripper.
  • The Robe of the Equinox now spawns with the Elf Only property from non-peerless monsters. Old robes will remain wearable by both races, as we cannot tell which were obtained from peerless encounters. (Yay!)
  • The Aegis of Grace now spawns as a circlet (including circlet properties, like being medable) and can be worn by both races by default now. This change will be applied in a similar fashion to OSI's Publish 41, meaning that old dragon helmet versions will remain unchanged. (Bug report)
• Corrected the resist modifiers for dragon armor. Using red scales will now correctly provide a +10 boost to fire resist, at the cost of -3 cold resist. (Bug report)
  
• Added Hydra's slayer vulnerabilities. (Also applies to Crystal Hydra and Abscess.) (Bug report, bug report)

How exactly does the change with the ooze work?

The exact changes:

• Ooze now damages every 4 seconds, instead of every 1 second.
• Ooze no longer damages immediately when it's created, it waits 4 seconds first.
• Ooze now always plays the effect sound, and gives the overhead message, even when no equipment took durability damage. (You receive damage regardless.)
  
• The damage with every tick went from exactly 40 poison damage to 40-50 fire damage (before resists).
