It seems to be a problem with Razor and updating to the latest version of client's. I have posted on the razor forums already. There are a number of issues with razor and the newer clients at the moment. Nothing you can do about it, except reinstall and patch as far as you want, but stay out of the 7's. Not sure when the new shard content will come in though, that makes use of the 7x client data.
