It's almost always the uo client data files. Uoam is is old and unsupported you must manually locate the folder with the data files.
Press map and scroll down to "uo client data files location" uncheck the "have uoam locate for you" then point it to where your uo is installed.
If that doesn't help I think there is another method but you'll have to do some major digging here or just Google the problem a bit. It's the most common uoam problem there is
