Undine and Lunar Leather

Is it possible to come by these sets by any other means besides buying them from another player? If so where does one get the stuff to make this leather?

I asked this in my last thread, does anyone have any idea on the fletching runic kits? Trying to figure out where I need to go.

Undine and Lunar leather is now named "Strength and Greater Strength. You can obtain it by killing creatures in dungeons that are hued the same and also called "Greater Lich, skeleton, elemental"..etc.
