MB mentioned that value because that was the price they used to cost some years ago. I think they are pretty cheap now days considering their properties and rarity.

I personally think tots on a 1% (or less) drop rate would be pretty cool. Would take a lot of effort to get ltots, keeping the profit margin high, and would appease a lot of players. Plus, when tots are turned on, the market is usually flooded with them. People farm and get a ton of them. 1% chance would make them difficult enough to get that a lot of effort would have to go into farming, and the market wouldn't be overloaded. Just my opinion though, I don't really care either way, would rather see monster stealables.
