PVPers will generally need more FCR and FC, I think. They generally won't be wearing the casting shield because they'll either want to have a hand free to chug pots (since this brace has EP), or if they are a dexer they'll have HCI/DCI on their shield. SDI isn't as valuable as DCI on jewelry (I think) because it's much easier to hit the SDI cap of 15. HOM already gives 10, and if they use scrapper it is at max.
