[SVN] Unfilled commodity deed

Behavior on Demise: Unfilled commodity deeds don't display property 'Unfilled'.

Behavior on OSI: Unfilled commodity deed display property 'Unfilled'.

I checked this last night but forgot to post :eek:

I couldn't think of a lot to check, i tried filling and emptying a few deeds of different resource types in my bankbox and in a comodity deed box and they all still work the same as before.

Empty deeds display as unfilled.

Looks good to me :)
