[SVN] Placing Houses Next To Dirt Roads/Spots
Behavior on Demise: If an individual attempts to place a house near a dirt road, patch, or any other dirt related area, the house must be at least 1 tile away from the said dirt area.
Behavior on OSI: If an individual attempts to place a house near a dirt road, patch, or any other dirt related area, the house may be created with no 1-tile separation.

Changes needed: A code needs to be made where a player may place his/her house next to a dirt substance, and no 1-tile separation will be enforced.
