[IN DEVELOPMENT] Giant Blue Beetles

Behavior on Demise:
No matter how many times you tame the same beetle you have to beat it into submission before you can tame it

Behavior on OSI:
The beetle only needs to be beaten down the first time to be tamed.If the tamer who tamed it releases it that same tamer does not need to beat it down again.
If that same beetle is release another player can tame it without having to beat it down into submission

So, you don't get the "That wasn't even challenging" message either do you? I would imagine that this problem would also exist with the Fire Beetle. They both use the same SubdueBeforeTame procedure. I see where I can change them all at once on line 58 in AnimalTaming.cs. I'll take this one. :)

Ok guys (oops, and girls), here is the long awaited fix. :) It will work for both fire beetles and giant beetles. If anybody tames one and releases it, anybody can tame it without beating the crap out of it again.

I tested this and now we only have to beat it into submission the first time
They can be tamed no matter what their HP is after the first tame

This post is still in the CODER NEEDED section as well. Around page 5 or so. Do those usually get removed from that section when they get moved to Development? I was working on this around the same time the forums got migrated so things could've been mixed up. Thanks for testing this Bama!
