[TESTING] Chivalry Spells

Demise:You get a message "You must have at least x.x Chivalry to use this ability.
OSI: You do not get a message and are allowed to attemp the spell(no gains)

Further notes: May need an era check.

On osi the only time you get that system message is when you cast spell weaving spells

Silver you may want to check demise for magery and necromancy spells and whether or not it is there for spell weaving spells

sure thing...if i find them different as per osi should they be separate threads or would a mod rename this thread/we do it here regardless of name.

You can cast all the spells with 0 chivalry, but you still get the message "You need to have bla blablabla"
