hmm i am trying to find a npc that teach stealth, i tought it was in haven, but with the changes of new haven, he is not, so if anyone can help me pls ^^

hm thx, i didnt know, i am new in the server, and in the old one was in haven not bucca so..

try other towns that spawn thief guildmaster or guildmistress. moonglow and cove is a pretty good choice.

every town has a thief guild master somewere, be it trammel or fel. however they walk around randomly and so yuo might have to look for them, the easiest one to find is the thief guild master in fel bucs, just go north of the gate and across the bridge
