If they are the same vet rewards as OSI, then it works for the entire account. I believe they are the exact same just different colors.

Red = vet reward same as OSI
Green = donation item.On OSI you could buy the token you also got a free one if you pre-ordered the SE expansion
Both are account bound (once you double click the token to get the green one)
The blue one was a promo for pre ordering the Eighth Age
