Smoothe Framrate?

How do you get the really smooth client framerate like I see some of you have from your gameplay vids on YouTube? It looked SOOOO much better especially watching you riding your horses. I could tell what was going on in big groups with lots of screen clutter. I'd like to get mine looking that way too thanks

Thanks i found sallos but it doesn't do anything after i extract the zip and run it. its weird... the sallos icon disappears after i run it... as admin with compatibility same same
