Server Updates

- Fixed a bug that allowed a player to hold infinite weight in their backpack.
- Network optimizations for blockers, LOS blockers (both items players cannot see but are around often), house foundations, and corpses.
- Five new halloween themed donation items were added to the donation store: a bone throne, bone table, hanging skeleton, haunted mirror, and a skull totem.
