i think you could get a 6 at wbb at once upon a time here but i'm not sure what the deal was

So why can't we have this circle at WBB like on OSI? (if it is because of accuracy this circle in Sanctuary belongs in the Prism of Light)

Also
Those places on OSI only require 5 people to get a level 6 (number of Arcanists +1 for a max of 6)
JOAT spell weaving focus lasts as long as a 120 spell weaving focus

A level 3 is........10,800 seconds needing 2 people
A level 4.......... 14,400 3 people
A level 5........... 18,000 4 people
A level 6.......... 21,600 5 people

I think when they changed the timers on the Peerless keys the timers for the Arcane focus levels changed as well

1 hour per focus level

Those places on OSI will give a spell weaver with 0.0 to 120.0 skill can get a level 2 focus with any 1 person regardless if that person has the spell weaving skill or not.
