Sallos character problem

When I get on sallos and try to log into a char once I click the character from the account I want it loads for a second then comes up with an error on the screen and when I click to see details it gives me

Need to delete your configuration file, it's located in C:\Users\(your user name)\AppData\Local\Sallos\Ultima Online for win 7
